Does KeepRev take a percentage of revenue saved?
No. Standard pricing is $99/month or $990/year, with a 3-day free trial. Promotional discounts may reduce the first billing period, but churn prevented, failed payments recovered, disputes won and other verified outcomes never create percentage fees or success fees.
Are all features included?
Yes. There are no feature tiers. Monthly and yearly billing unlock the exact same full KeepRev product: customer signals, risk scoring, automations, recovery workflows, dispute evidence, integrations, CSV imports and verified Revenue Saved reporting.
Do I need Stripe to use KeepRev?
No. Billing is optional. KeepRev can work from product and support signals such as PostHog, Mixpanel, Intercom, Zendesk or the KeepRev SDK. Billing data adds financial context like MRR at risk, failed payments and disputes.
What counts as Revenue Saved?
Only verified outcomes. KeepRev does not invent revenue. A recovery must be backed by real billing, subscription or dispute evidence before it appears in Revenue Saved.
